l- baked focaccia and sent me some for lunch with what looks like honey brie butter and pistachio butter.

how to cook eggs without a nonstick pan: start by giving a quick stir-fry to some veggies (like onions, carrots, pumpkin, zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, tomatoes,...) using butter or olive oil.

then pour the beaten eggs over the veggies. I like to mix in some chopped spinach with the eggs - just my preference. Lower the heat and let it cook with the lid on until done then enjoy!

i topped it with some vegan cream cheese (it’s expiring soon) didn't look the best but it tasted good!
